Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

All in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday. Some exclusions apply on larger wholesale orders however you will be notified if this is the case.

Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on your selection at the time of order.

Shipping Locations & times:

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method used, commonly it takes 2-5 business days to arrive to you once it is shipped.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your package size weight and shipping method you choose at checkout. You will be able to see the final shipping cost before paying for your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please continue to check the website for updates.

What is your return policy? 

Guarantee:

We hand pick our products carefully and ensure they are of the highest quality and pure. For this reason we stand behind our products and guarantee them 100%. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible so we can help get this resolved.

If you change your mind and would like to return a product we accept returns of unopened products within 15 days of your purchase.

Here is how a return is done:

  1. Email Sherlakedesign@gmail.com with your return request with the following informatiaon:

    1. Contact information (name, phone number, email address)

    2. Order Number

    3. Item Purchased

    4. Reason for Return

  2. Once you receive authorization to return the product ship it back to us using your shipping method of choice with your original receipt and a note stating the reason for the return.

  3. Once we receive your return we will process it and refund the cost of the product, or products to your original method of payment (please note we do not refund shipping costs).
